Before intervening, we precisely determine the nature of the problem

At our process analysis laboratory, all the sludge samples taken during on-site inspections at customers are analyzed. The collected data and findings are recorded in the company database; they are essential references for correctly formulating the relevant technical and commercial offer for a client.

The analysis is performed on all samples of pumpable sludge, dehydrated sludge, sludge, and water collected daily during the sludge dehydration and desanding phases performed at the client's premises.

Through our process analysis laboratory, we can simulate and determine with great precision the chemical and physical characteristics of the pollutants present in the technological equipment before, during, and after the remediation intervention, as well as all the performances achievable from the individual industrial processes.

This way, we have complete control of each intervention phase, ensuring an effective and economically viable result. advantageous for the customer.

We perform more than 2,500 verification tests annually, often also providing consulting services to purification machine manufacturers to evaluate the optimal success of their systems.
