Franchini S.p.A. Servizi Ecologici offers a rental service for mobile sludge dewatering systems that can be pumped without personnel.

Mobile systems and centrifuges are often required for medium- or short-term projects: for example, for plant revamping or machine replacement, to meet temporary management needs in cases of increased sludge production (industrial production peaks or seasonality), or to replace any out-of-service machines in the sludge line.

Precisely in these cases, Franchini S.p.A. offers the option of renting its centrifuges without operators. You can rent our centrifuges only for the duration of your project and your needs. Mobile centrifuge rental is available both in Italy and abroad.

The service includes:

• On-site inspection or assessment of customer needs;
• Jar test to identify the right polyelectrolyte;
• Delivery and collection of the mobile unit;
• Setup and dismantling on site;
• Personal training in the use of the mobile unit;
• Any interventions by our specialized operators.

The rental systems are remotely monitored and controlled by Franchini S.p.A. via the company management software. This ensures constant machine efficiency; Franchini staff can also intervene remotely to set operating parameters or promptly resolve any malfunctions. Should a malfunction occur that cannot be managed remotely, Franchini S.p.A. responds quickly with its mobile workshop throughout the country.

The mobile systems we rent, both hot and cold, are all recently built, characterized by high technological content and great treatment potential: centrifuges with capacities from 900 to 4000 kg SST/h, 1200x1200 filter presses, all designed by our company to achieve maximum operational flexibility and the best process yields.
